Learn the fundamentals of getting air under your wheels and landing safely back down on the trail.
Air Time 101 will be coached by PMBIA Level 2 instructor Ash Gray - an experienced mountain bike coach with a long riding and racing history.

Air Time 101 includes learning:
- The anatomy of a jump
- Pressure control and using it to get air
- Safe landing techniques
- How the size, shape and speed of various trail features affect your air time and the required techniques to deal with them
Air Time 101 prerequisite skills:
- in order to participate in Air Time 101, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Front-wheel lift
- Bunny hop
- Confidence riding a variety of trails, including intermediate trails
- Understanding and consistent application of the Ready and Neutral riding positions

Air Time 101 runs for 4.5 hours.
SHUTTLES + MYSTIC MEMBERSHIPS
Uplift shuttles ARE required for this course.
You will need to book a shuttle pass through Elevation Parks.
You will not be able to participate without a shuttle pass.
All riders also require a valid Mystic Park membership.
